 I have always seen FSX as FS9, but prettier. Saying that FS9 is for the ones that want the "real thing" I have always found so wholly ignorant that it blows my mind. What's the problem people?!

 Well, it's 5:55 and yet another X-Plane update was just released. UPDATE: it's not 5:57 and the next update is out! Am I the only one that is growing tired of these relentless releases?!

There has been a big misconception in the simming community, ever since FSX came into existence. A misconception quite great, and those that have the misconception usually come across as ignorant and arrogant. The misconception is as follows: those that play FSX are gamers, and not simmers. This makes FS9 users automatically simmers, and thus FS9 users are ‘the real ones”, those that play MSFS for the right cause: emulate being a pilot. It should be clear this is bull. |
